Refund & Return Policy

At Mini Handi Crafts, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🧵 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • Slight variations in color or texture are natural in handcrafted items and will not be considered defects.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For any other reason, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
